I kind of get Adam Driver but I think the most interacting thing is how divisive he is in the realm of lust and hotness.

I never got Channing Tatum. He can dance and he isn't particularly bothersome in any of his movies; I usually like him fine. But IMO he's also not very charismatic or very versatile as an actor. He's got this bland generic thing going like all the other leading man Chrises, I guess. But even in that respect, I can see that Evans is more classically handsome and Pratt/Hemsworth have more comedic timing/charisma. I know a couple of women who are into Channing Tatum and it is not about his acting in any way. It's almost entirely about the big muscled body, and a little bit about his caveman face. One of those women is also into John Cena for the same reasons. It's purely biological. I'm not into that at all.

Fascinating. Channing Tatum is definitely not my type, but I think he’s funny and a decent comedic actor. If he were cast as a lead in a rom com where i liked the story otherwise, I’d believe it. Would I believe him as a veterinarian or professional in the hard sciences? Not necessarily, but maybe something else.
But physically, nope.

I really liked him in Logan Lucky and Foxcatcher and some of the other films he’s done, but I don’t remember him being in anything for awhile except the Magic Mike sequel. He was fine in that, but I think he comes across as one of the most bland characters compared to the other characters, and sometimes I feel that way about him in other stuff. So while I think he can be good, and he seems nice enough in person, for me, he’s just lacked something that made me want to be a big fan of his. He has a nice body, but I’ve never really been attracted to his looks, and while his acting is usually at least decent, I’ve never been wowed enough to want to see him in other projects.
Anyway, I’m sure his career will be fine because he’s a white actor in Hollywood, but I would have thought he would built on Foxcatcher and other films around that time. So now I feel like at least half of the Chrises (Evans and Pine) have surpassed him in at least career momentum.

I haven’t seen Foxcatcher, but I’ve been meaning to. He was actually really good in 21 Jump Street, which wasn’t the most nuanced movie around, but he sold me with the whole character arc based on having once been a cool kid. In some ways it was the “pretty girl feels pain, too, you know” trope, but it worked for me.

I will straddle the line here. I do not find Channing Tatum attractive (I'm not into caveman types and I could easily envision him digging ear wax out of his ears with a car key) but I do find Adam Driver sexy. Not really physically attractive, really--yes, he's odd looking--but he has an intensity to him that I find irresistible.

I was appalled that that countenance could be the child of Princess Leia and Han Solo... Did they do a paternity test? Was there a mixup at Rebel Labour and Delivery? This! Sure he could be Han's son, if they had explained he had smashed his face between a ship and a wall when he was a child or something to explain that repulsive mug. I keep seeing women say he is so tall, so is Shrek ladies, so is Shrek. 🤣

I never got Channing Tatum. Ugh, yeah, big dislike here. Plus, he seems douchey, as was evidenced a few months back when he ~defended Jesse J by shading Jenna Dewan on IG. I feel like if I looked up meathead in the dictionary, his picture should be next to it.

Adam Driver - I get it. I definitely don't share it to the level of some of his obsessed stans, but I get it.
Channing Tatum - I don't get it. I was pretty impressed with him acting-wise in Foxcatcher though. (Mark Ruffalo was the standout of that movie IMO but Channing held his own.)
