My pancreas burst. Also, the stopped smoking thing is gasoline on the ClooMuddin Bumpwatch.

Exactly. This means they know nothing about each other because nobody's perfect.

{Monica Geller voice} I KNOW!{/MGv} Even the times I've been head over heels in love, I've never thought the guys were perfect. Everyone has habits, behaviors, what have you, that make their partner shake their head and go, "Really? You do this?"
It's one thing to say that the dress fit perfectly, or that the guests had a perfectly lovely time, but how many times has someone involved with the wedding used the word "perfect" in describing aspects of a person? This smacks of a writing style destined to be read by the people who think People is on the same journalistic level of the New York Times.

Yeah, this is trying way too hard to sell a fairy tale.

"Perfection is the enemy of the good." ~ Voltaire
One of my favorite quotes...anyone who describes a living human being as perfect is delusional at best.
If they've spent much time together, it must have been like visiting each other, which is a lot different than living and experiencing workaday life together. As much as I wish them well, I wonder if real life will come as a letdown for them.

I'm assuming there's a "for her/for him" left off the end of the "he/she's perfect" declarations.

Yeah. I honestly don't want to rain in their love parade, but I believe the official story is that they met in October, were engaged by April and now wedding in September. They're never got out of first flush of infatuation before the wedding hoopla began. Plus, who knows how much if that time they were "together", given their careers. Of course, if a baby comes, perhaps they'll be like my good catholic parents who went right from living with their parents to marital home to first baby 9 months later. It wasn't until the last one left the nest 30 or so years later that they finally had "couple time." At which point my mother took me aside and said, " I never noticed before, but your father is sort of weird." Back to topic, I looked through the people magazine at a newsstand. The best picture was of George and Bill Murray. She also changed into a fringing 30s-flapper looking reception dress. . She was wearing it in a picture of her, George and "his boys." They all looked happy except for his cousin Miguel, but...does Miguel ferrar ever look happy?

I've always thought Miguel Ferrer smoldered grumpily.

Honestly, I can't wait to see Clooney pushing a stroller. Or just to see what his mini-me would look like. Frankly, he - and he said this himself - has always looked middle-aged, so a child version of him seems odd to me.
