OOh, and the preview from next week is really unbelievable. I don't know why the producers would do that to Char. It's unfair to Char, period. I hope the previews are correct and that bitch does walk out. Char doesn't need someone sabotaging her work.

I don't think that Char is the strongest designer, but she has handled herself with class and dignity through all of Korina's mud-slinging. I don't think I would have been able to keep my composure that well if I were having to deal with someone like that in what is already a high-stress environment. So, kudos to Char, and she definitely deserves to not have to deal with Korina anymore!

I don't know why the producers would do that to Char. It might not be the producers, which include both Heidi & Tim. This may be attributable to The Velvet & Gold Tasseled Button Bag of Doom...

Do they still film a reunion, or was that strictly a Bravo thing? I would like to know how Big Mouth Bass Korina feels about her assy behaviour throughout the season. Knowing her, I'll bet she doubles down.
She is contractually obligated to appear on the show if called upon, so I'd love to know what happens after her hissy fit next week. Although, I agree with those who feel Char shouldn't be stuck with a saboteur.
I was 3 episodes behind and did a mini-marathon last night, so it felt like Korina was just going in on Char for like 20 talking heads. She was relentless. Korina's her elimination at the hands of Char was so very satisfying. It can be argued that Char got special treatment with the extra 10 minutes, but that has nothing to do with Korina's over-designed Ralph Lauren knockoff landing in the bottom, in the next challenge. Run your own race!

Tim Gunn didn't unilaterally decide to award Char the extra 10 minutes. He consulted with the designers first. That would have been the time for Korina to say, "Oh, HELL no!" Did that happen? Nope. Going along with it in the moment, but then complaining about it after the fact (especially in the way Korina did) is such a PAB thing to do. ETA: Someone on Previously TV said about this episode that this show has now jumped the shark so hard, you "can't even see Fonzie in the rearview mirror". I agree, especially if TPTB are bringing back Korina next week to be Char's "helper". It seems like such a transparent ploy for drama/ratings without any concern for the integrity of the competition.

I kept thinking she looks like The Joker, but this wins the internet!!! BMBK will never accept that she dressed her model up like the Ahwahnee Hotel, then threw a sherpa cape over it and sent the mess down the runway.

I've been stalking Korina's social media and I keep expecting some sort of....apology? Explanation that she was stressed and of course she respects Char - something like that. Nada.

Tim (and the producers) put the designers on the spot and who would have wanted to raise their hand and be seen as the bad guy? It was a rotten thing to do. The way to handle it would have been to say that since the models were not professional, they weren't going to let a schoolteacher walk the runway half naked, so everyone gets 10 more minutes to work on their designs. Level the playing field. Giving only Char the extra time was unfair to the rest, and putting them on the spot to make it seem the decision was theirs was extra unfair. Char's been saved not once but twice (why? Her designs are just meh to me) and I'd be pissed about that myself. Korina reduced a legitimate gripe to a psycho meltdown, and she's clearly nuts.

Tim (and the producers) put the designers on the spot and who would have wanted to raise their hand and be seen as the bad guy? Korina did a fine job of that herself in the last episode. Yes, the other designers have mentioned in their talking heads about how unfair allowing Char the extra ten minutes to fix the zipper was unfair, but Korina took the whole "Char keeps getting saved and it's sooo unfair!" thing to a whole other level. It was apparent that it caused Korina to teem with rage, which finally bubbled over. (Compare her reaction to Sean's, who didn't whine either in the talking heads or in the design room about how unfair it was to help Char with the design-off when he was already safe.) For someone with that kind of mouth, the time to speak up would have been when Tim Gunn had made the suggestion to allow Char to have the extra 10 minutes. Maybe Char would have been eliminated at that point and Korina wouldn't have ended up in a sudden death design-off with Char. I'd have the tiniest more respect for Korina if she had called out Tim Gunn and TPTB for the type of machinations that allowed Char to remain in this competition instead of just dumping on Char. Hey, Korina! As they say, don't hate the player, hate the game!

Korina is awful. Char isn't really the top tier of talent (I do like her though.)
But! I haven't been this excited about an episode of Project Runway in a while. I've obviously fallen for whatever producer manipulations are going on here.
ETA: have the employees at Mood been wearing t-shirts/uniform shirts that say "thank you, Mood" all season? That's so very meta.
