That can't be true. I just read it's a 13 episode season. Haven't only 8 aired?

You're right, jettrink. An interview I read said it was initially picked up for 9 episodes which surprised me, but it looks like it is 13, so we're not done yet. My bad!
Pete's crazy. In my imaginary future for Pete, I totally picture him getting drafted into the Vietnam war where he quickly loses his marbles, goes on a rampage and then disappears into the jungle to live in a cave talking to his hand for the next five years. Sometime in early 70s, he'll re-emerge and become a wildly successful producer of television game shows in Hollywood. And marry Peggy, who herself becomes a wildly successful televangelist with awful hair.

I know! The last couple of episodes have really really got me liking this show. The Kodak presentation was beautiful. Great season finale.
Is it wrong that I covet Joan's figure and gorgeous skin? What a woman!

Bumping for the arrival of Season Two. I haven't gotten the DVD yet, since I've been on vacation, but I can't wait to immerse myself in this show again. I've gotten several people hooked with my exhortation to watch the episodes On Demand or during the AMC marathon. I'm so glad this show is coming back and is getting so much good attention.

Great to have this show back on the air, although last night's episode was a little slow-moving. I did read that Episode Two is supposed to be riveting - can't wait for next week.
I missed the last few episodes of last season. What happened to Peggy and the baby? Did she keep the baby?

She had the baby in the last episode, and refused to hold him (I think it was a him) when the nurse brought him in later.

I'm assuming she put the baby up for adoption. I hope we find out. I loved Betty Draper's "Remember what happened to the little girl in Gone With The Wind" answer to her daughter's interest in horseback riding.

I got into this series during the marathon last weekend and think it's greeeaaat. Beautifully understated, pitch perfect performances. Can't find anything wrong with it, really.

I have watched only two episodes of this show and love it. It is interesting to watch a show that is not set in contemporary times.
