Yeah, I'm no longer buying it. I'm glad you didn't take that as me trying to call you out. I know what it's like to want to give people in the public eye the benefit of the doubt. i don't know if Justin is hopeless, but I do think a manchild surrounded by yes people who depend on him for their livelihood doesnt have a lot of incentive to mature and be decent. I get the feeling his single going to number one probably undid a lot of whatever might have been reigning him in.

I hadn't thought of that. It seems the more success he has, the worse off he is. And now fancies himself to be an EDM artist and is hanging out with Dickhead Diplo. That's certainly not going to help matters.

Apparently the show he stomped out of was a free one, so the crowds might not have been as invested.

Ah, Justin "It's hard out here for a douche" Bieber strikes again!
He'll never be able to acquire whatever adult or real status that he's so clearly trying push. Just go out with some dignity, Biebs! There are many, many other tween/teen acts out there that have accepted their time was up and bowed out gracefully. Ain't no shame in that.

He's a thing that is not going to go away anytime soon, which makes no sense, I know. But his music is still consistently doing great on the charts. Right now it's Adele, Ariana Grande, and him for top 3 singles this week, for example.

I keep hearing about how he's struggling, and how he's rebelling. Struggling against, and rebelling against what exactly. He's the 1%, of the 1%. He's uber rich, white, and successful. He has people lining up for him to walk all over them. What the fuck is his problem? He's yelling at fans for clapping wrong. Storming out of performances because someone touched his towel. Walking out on fawning interviews. What the hell am I missing?
Is it so hard to not be a douche? Is he angry he can't be "gangster" all the time? Is it that he wants to smoke, drink, and pretend to be a thug all the time like all the other rappers/R&B guys? Is that it? Is he trying to lose his tween fanbase, because this kind of behavior is attractive to no one. Someone please break down what's irking this twerp for me.

I think a lot of performers who make it big when they're young end up rebelling against their job rather than their family or other normal things. Which, as we all know, doesn't work. Unlike parents, the record label/movie company/PR agent has no problem ending their relationship with that person. But as long as that person is making them money, they'll let them "rebel." He's basically a shitty employee but bottom line he's still a cash cow... for now.

He's rebelling the same way Miley Cyrus has been rebelling (except Miley's not nasty - her rebellion is more inner)... trying to get away from the tweenie image and be considered a grownup with Important Things To Say.

He might have a genuine resentment towards his fans. I think he's an immature asshole for outwardly expressing that resentment, but I can understand why he would feel that way. There was a burst excited squealing when all he did was switch around his hat situation (whateverthefuck that was) and gave the crowd a glimpse of his stupid hair. That's got to be annoying on some level. If he really wants to rid himself of the tween set, all he has to do is go away for about 5 years and then come back (with a big boy haircut!). Not that he has the insight to even consider doing such a thing, and I'm not sure that whatever contracts he's signed would allow for that type of free will anyway.
