As one who doesn't eat meat, chicken, or pork either, I am pretty sure she's eating seafood. It's the one way for me to get protein, so I am sure that's what she is doing. Or she's vegetarian, like millions of other perfectly healthy people in the world.

Quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth are all complete proteins.

I think as a chicken and turkey eater (I rarely eat beef), I just didn't think about all these other proteins beyond seafood. Learn something new everyday!

Really liked this piece she wrote about being a young entrepreneur. Wonder if she really wrote the whole thing herself. I can't help but like her - I always liked her on the shows, and she seems to really have her head on straight and is really using her resources to her advantage!

I just started watching The Hills on Netflix and I love Lauren! I covet almost everything she owns and love her makeup. (I'm a little embarrassed that I'm 30 and just started watching this.)

And I truly believe that she wrote it. Every time I come across something she'd written on a blog or something she always sounds like how she is in more "serious" televised interviews. She takes her brand very seriously and the consumer. I have mad props for her and I think she will be the only one that ever becomes anything from the LB & Hills franchise. Can Lifetime or someone pick up her show that MTV turned its nose at? I'd so watch it!

I really like her too. Out of all the present day reality show stars it's refreshing so see someone with ambition and that has managed to suceed for something other than being a slut, dumb or a famewhore. I'm surprised she hasn't gotten engaged to her bf yet, they have been together for ages now. But he's a $cienco, so bleh.

She seems to have a good head on her shoulders fromt he article. I found a typo in it though and that's what stuck out at me the most. She forgot an I and the proofreader missed it. I know, I'm lame.

I'm 36 and I think she is just always looks so nicely put together. She does everything from low-key casual to dressed up really well. I was half tempted to buy her fashion how-to book.
