It's weird that I have no trouble buying Chevy Chase as a douche but don't want to believe it of Bill Murray. Sigh. Another one bites the dust.
(I also have no doubt that 9 out of 10 former teachers would remember me as a smartass.)

I posted it in Celebrities Behaving Badly thread, but the article was very vague. This is the most recent, but it’s also the New York Post.It had to have been very severe to shut down production. I feel sorry for Aziz Ansari (screenwriter and director) and the rest of the cast and crew. |

Murray's bad behavior has been played off as quirky grumpiness for a long time. It's been time for him to give up acting and remain a hermit who occasionally pops up at sporting events and weddings.

Yikes. It's amazing what you can get away with when you're a white man in Hollywood. WORD. I still stand by my opinion Bill Murray was robbed of a Best Actor Oscar for Lost in Translation. Ironically, he lost it to another person with a long history of physical violence, being difficult on-set, and would’ve not have gotten away with this for this long had they’ve been a person of color or a woman or both: Sean Penn (for his embarrassing over-over-acting in Mystic River)! Bill Murray speaks out after on-set misconduct allegation. |

In the 80's, I used to work with a man who said that eventually nothing will be allowed anywhere and we'll all be robots.
That's not true. I think the issue is for a long time, certain people were allowed to act like toddlers in the workplace, while others were not. What's happening today is, folks are saying, "this behavior isn't okay and it doesn't matter who you are." I don't think people should be crucified for being human beings, no one's perfect every single day. All people are saying is, "this behavior isn't okay."
