WHO is telling her she can act? Her acting is so painfully obvious I can practically see the cue cards behind her everytime she speaks. To me she sounds like she doesn't quite understand what the words mean, but strings them together anyways. And her facial expressions are never quite right. Seriously, stick to handbags and shoes Jessica.

Even beyond how bad the movie looks, I can't believe how bad that trailer is. That is not a trailer that they're ever expecting to run in theaters. It's positively amateurish. It's like vid montage a kid would make for youtube. The voiceover is terrible, the clip selection is awful, it's too long. It almost feels like the studio's already dumping it and Pa Simpson financed the trailer personally.

The latest People cover story about Owen Wilson had a little blurb about he and Jessica's budding friendship. Apparently they've been getting to know each other and dig each other. They say it's platonic so far with Jessica wanting to be there for him as a friend. It's likely the "sources" for the story were from Jessica's camp. Made me wonder if she's trying to get into a high profile relationship with an actual movie star as another way to forward her "film career" or to get attention in case her acting and country album fails.

Yeah, she's maybe having a relationship with Owen Wilson while Kate Hudson is maybe having a thing with Orlando Bloom. And didn't Orlando maybe had a thing with Jessica just last week? My head is spinning.

That movie looks beyond awful. And a little offensive. But I dunno, I find Jessica to be sweetly goofy and charming in the trailer. She seems to have pretty good comic timing and she doesn't look at all self-conscious to me... she goes for it, which I respect.

She is wearing the same dress as Deborah Norville.

And sadly enough for Jessica, the dress looked better on Deb!!!!! I've always felt that Jessica is one of those girls who should be pretty, but it is like something went wrong in the process. Plus I think she has the kind of cute/pretty generic look that doesn't age well, especially when you throw in the over tanning and possible drug use.

As evidenced by the Deborah Norville dress debacle, it really seems as though Jessica never quite knows how to dress for her body type and shape. And the girl has absolutely no ass to speak of; I do sometimes thinks she has nice legs, especially her calves but then other times they look kind of freaky.
