I don't pay much attention to these boy pop stars, but I saw Cody Simpson on Dancing with the Stars 5 years ago and he seemed like a nice kid. I was expecting him to be a brat like Justin Bieber, but he wasn't. Getting involved with Miley Cyrus right now doesn't seem like a good move for anybody.

Apparently Cody is a competitive swimmer now. I don’t know much about Cody Simpson except that I saw him in concert several years ago as an opening act at something I took my goddaughter to, and he was truly dreadful. Terrible singing and awkward dancing. I think he’s dated one or more of the Hadids and Jenners. I’m sure he’s with Miley for the attention and the good weed. He doesn’t really have much to lose.

Apparently Cody is a competitive swimmer now. I kinda-sorta follow swimming, so this just sent me down a rabbit hole. lol He's on a pro team with a connection to Southern Cal. Michael Phelps follows him on Instagram and actively comments. Hunh. |

I know she had an album out not too long ago, and she performed at an awards show recently, but is all her promo done? She's only making headlines about her personal life lately. Does she have a manager? Does she have any ambition? Is she going make music sporadically? What about acting? Is she just content to wander around directionless? Her life isn't a trainwreck or anything (not yet), but she seems lost to me.  |

I saw a recent red carpet photo of her and she looked exactly like a post-relapse/pre-breakdown Courtney Love circa 2000-2001. Same muppety hair, same terrible tattoos, same crazy-eyed look.

I think, like Courtney, she's structured her career around being "edgy" and "shocking" so much she doesn't know what else to do. She needs a good manager to taker her in hand.

And she’s in the hospital. They’re saying for tonsillitis, which is basically strep throat. Gotta be honest, doesn’t seem like a whole lot of people check into a hospital for strep throat.

I haven't seen any photos of her since the Kaitlin photos in Italy. I only read about the Cody Simpson hookup. I think it's interesting that after her split with Liam, her team floated the rumor that it was Liam with a substance abuse problem. It was laughable then, and makes her look even more ridiculous now, especially if she's Courtney Love, homeless man sucking on her breast in Wendy's parking lot, level of trainwreck. I don't believe anything about the hospitalization for strep throat. It's the new version of "dehydration and exhaustion". Next they'll say she's going to rehab for "emotional problems" or "sex addiction". She needs a long break from the spotlight. I hope she buys a farm in the middle of nowhere and goes to college. |

Oh man. She just wrote that you don’t have to be gay, ladies, there are good dicks out there if you look hard enough. And it looks like she shaved her hair off. I don’t follow her, (not since the nekked Terry Richardson bff days), but, yeah....
