Miley Cyrus upset over leaked racy pictures

NEW YORK - For anyone who thinks there’s something scandalous going on in the photos circulating online of Miley Cyrus frolicking with a friend on a hotel floor, the “Hannah Montana” star has a message for you — get over it.

“They’re nothing bad!” the 15-year-old teen sensation told New York’s Z100 radio station on Friday night.

The candid photos, which have been making the rounds online, show Cyrus sitting on the floor of a hotel with one of her friends getting close, goofing around and sharing a piece of candy.

I loathe her, but in her defense the photos aren't really racy so much as stupid. As for Miley Cyrus, cannot for the life of me understand why she is famous and why Hannah Montana is sooooo huge. I just don't get it. And despite what her dad likes to say, I doubt she will turn out any better than most of her contemporaries.

I'm a little weirded out about that whole Miley / Cyrus scene. No, your dad shouldn't be your best friend. Healthy boundaries, people.

I'm also irritated that they have to Autotune her even when she's just supposedly singing acoustically in an HM eppy composing a song. (I have to watch them for work. No really!) She can't be trusted to sing two easy lines in tune?

Yeah, those pictures aren't bad at all. Annoying, maybe -- I hate all those teenybopper Myspace-ish photos. But Miley...my goodness, "it's like Satan attacking"? She's incoherent, even for a 15-year-old (I can't imagine her costar Emily Osment saying something like, "It's Satan attacking!").

And she can't sing.

I don't get it either! Hannah Montana is YUGE. Like pathetic parents will do anything for tickets to her shows for their lamebrained kids. I don't get it. But I guess we all had our day (NKOTB cough cough).

She's super-religious which is probably why she went with the "It's Satan attacking!" line.

I can't help it. I like her. I have watched so many episodes of Hannah Montana with my little sister. After a while, you just get indoctrinated. I hope she turns out well and doesn't go off the deep end.

New Kids on The Block ruled!!!! They had more talent than little Miley will ever have. And I had no idea that she was super religious.

Maybe I should rephrase this and state that Miley doesn't bug me, so much as the crazy parents who spent thousands of dollars and days in line to get tickets to her concerts.
