Hey, has anyone seen the movie called Undiscovered, with Ashlee Simpson?

It’s now out on DVD and I was wondering if I should pick it up.

My sister's room mate saw it and loved it. I should point out that she is a tad on the weird side. I saw previews for it and it looked terrible, but not in a cheesy camp way. I couldn't even tell what the movie was about. I heard Ashlee's character was supposed to be a lesbian but Creepy Pa changed it. It was also produced by Creepy Pa, so I wouldn't support it if it was the best movie ever made. Which it is not.

I never saw it, but I don't think I'll ever forget the craptastic ads with random bad actress pouting: "rock stars can't have girlfriends!"

Seriously - that's the line they tried to sell this with?

I'm surprised with the way things work on DVD these days, if they aren't kicking themselves for not putting out a full-on "Unrated" edition in which Ashlee is not only a lesbo, but has a full-on muff-diving scene. It's not like her image is too golden these days, what with the McDonalds rampage and the "exhaustion."

It was out for awhile at a few theaters in late August. I don’t think Pa Simpson advertised it enough.

Since Jessica’s T*Ts wasn’t in it, he probably though there was no need to make a big deal out of it.

I don’t think Ashlee’s family likes her all that much.
