Interview with Nicholas Witchell from The Sunday Times, who is retiring after 25 years with the BBC as a royal correspondent. It's a good read and he weighs in on his career and many aspects of the BRF that he covered.

The timing of the announcements and the differences in the details given are really interesting to me. I got a BBC news alert about Catherine and almost dropped my donut, then a short time later the BBC alert about Charles! 2024 is not off to a great start for the royals.

I like that he is very honest, like my prostate is enlarged and I am getting it taken care of.

Tough time for William right now. He has a lot more help to take care of practical matters than many other people with ill family members but still, it is probably stressful to have both your father and your spouse undergoing operations and hospitalizations simultaneously.

’ll give him that and as men are reluctant to talk about such problems down there if it helps a few to talk and get early checks and good prognosis/ treatments etc, then that’s one good thing he has done as King for now. It did a world of good when American First Lady Betty Ford openly talked about her breast cancer back in the 70s, when it was very taboo to mention it at all. So, yes, good for Charles.

I got a lump in my breast biopsied after Angelina Jolie did her op-ed. Turned out to be benign, but still better to get it checked out.

Bravo to Charles for sharing his story; I am sure it will save some lives. It may be the most significant thing he does as king.

Better to be connected to prostate health, than it is to Epstein, right Andy??? I’m pretty sure I’m right.
