Yeah, she's been looking very worn since hooking up with Pete Doherty. I'm sure it's amped up her own drug use as well.
Advertising images are so photoshopped at this point, that I can see her continuing to have a career as long as she keeps her figure. Kate's value is being an instantly recognizable face. An ad with Kate Moss probably grabs more attention than one with an anonymous model.

A sneak peek of her Top Shop clothing line has been released in London.

I saw some of the range in my local Topshop today. I was not impressed, neither were the "target audience" of teenage girls stood next to me - overheard to say "well it's (the range of clothes) nothing special."
I have always thought she dresses well but this range is just going to produce absolute clones on every high street. I wonder what she will wear now to look unique?

I talked to my sister today (she lives in the UK) and she said too that Kate's stuff isn't all that special, it's basically the style she's been wearing forever now. But indivually the clothes are not really remarkable. I'm guessing it's all in the combination of wearing all those Kate things together.

I think the collection is dreadful. At my local Topshop people were actually laughing at it and saying how naff it looks. I think there are maybe 3 or 4 signature piece dresses which are ok and probably be sought after but it looked overwhelmingly dissapointing. And almost all the good stuff pictured in the magazine previews is not available in most of the shops.
I doubt people will pay much for it on ebay and I couldn't believe the amount of things which are on there and being advertised as SOLD OUT when there are tons of the exact same items still glued to the rails at the Leeds store anyway.
A case of the emperor's new clothes methinks.

OK, at least I finally know what a "waistcoat" is. I looked at the Top Shop web site and Kate's collection has one---a vest. Just a vest. Hmmm, I always thought it would be something fancier when I read the term in books.

I have been wanting a vest like that. I think I can easily find one at the mall or Target or something though, so Kate's hardly being revolutionary there. In fact, a lot of the items in her line are the sort of things already hitting the racks at Old Navy (nothing against Old Navy, but you pretty much know a trend is getting tired when it shows up there).

I haven't seen any of the clothes yet (bloody exams!) but my friend had a look at them yesterday. She said there were loads of everything left and most of it looked cheap and tacky. The only item I covet is the floral print dress, but it seems (from the news reports) to be the most popular item. So while I'd love to have that dress, I don't want to go to a party and see 20 other people in it (plus it's expensive for a highstreet dress).
I'll hopefully get a look at the collection on friday but so far it all seems like a disappointment.

She cleans up really well, but the drugs are taking their toll. She looks so tired.
