She may be one of the many who feels that there's a big difference between plastic surgery, like a face/brow/eye/etc. lift and cosmetic procedures, like Botox, collagen injections, Restalyne, etc. Even the statement that she's "completely natural" is bogus. Her hair is not that color naturally. No one's is! (ba-dum-bum)

She had more expression lines around her mouth 8 years ago than she has now and she's smiling on the mag cover while being serious in the old pic. How is that possible?

Noting about her face now looks like it did 8 yrs ago.
Her hair is a different color. Her mouth is bigger. Her eyebrows look different and not because of plucking.
I think she's had some kind of lift but can't say what exactly. Her face just looks unnaturally pulled back and I doubt bottox can do that. She's had collagen injections in her lips and I'm absolutely convinced she has regular fillers in her nasal lines.
She's had her skin bleached and I think she did something to her nose too- it just doesn't look the same.

And I also suspect she's had a boob job.

I don't understand how anyone can look at her and not see all that. Just compare her pics from as late as 6 years ago and it doesn't even look like the same person and NOT because of aging.

I'm sick of her and her big pile of box office flops. I don't understand how she keeps getting work. I don't hate her, exactly, but it annoys me that she stars in one bomb after another and still gets pushed down our throats as this hugely important and popular celebrity.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't she like mention that unfortunate pregnancy she had in the first or second year of their marriage which forced her either abort or that was miscarried and didn't she talk endlessly and harped on poor her that she had a miscarriage the second tiny gave her the boot? Didn't she talk about it for years?

Maybe all the bottox is leaking into her brain.

I don't understand the point of the lip plumping procedure. In these shots of Kidman and another shot of Katie Holmes in her thread, the lip plumping seems to make them both look a lot older.

I like her acting and there are times I think she's beautiful and I think she's a fashionable dresser, but there are times I think she's as fake as Tom Cruise, yet he's reviled and she seems to get a pass. But anyone who's ambitious enough to marry for fame and a big Hollywood career must be somewhat lacking in integrity too. I don't fully understand why only Tom is seen as egomaniacal, delusional and self-absorbed while those that actually marry him for what he can do for them career-wise seem to get a certain amount of sympathy.

You took the words right out of my head.

Eyes don't change shape with age except for maybe drooping at the corners and the lids sagging as people age (at very advanced ages) and sag but they don't "go up" and they certainly don't sag in mid 30's.

She used to have big round eyes and now they are narrow and up turned (can't even call them "almond"). That's a sure sign of pulling ones face.

Probably because Tom has been openly aggressive in his attacks against psychiatry and being a crazy cult's mouthpiece not to mention his weird relationship with Holmes and that makes Nicole look much saner in comparison, maybe even more so than she truly is. Of course her good PR team may help too and the fact that she hasn't done anything to piss off a lot of people.

I don't have anything against Nicole..yet. She was married to the crazy but she also got a divorce, she's a good actress and doesn't have a reputation for being a bitch. She's professional and doesn't say offensive things either and part of me wants her to be happy because she wants to be happy so desperately. But I also have the feeling that she craves drama and attention and I started noticing it more this past year. First the tasteless VF cover of her showing her boobs accompanied by an unneccessary revelation of her first miscarriage. It's been so long ago and I'm sure painful...so, what's the need to share it with a lot of people after all this time? Now the lies about her plastic surgery and the denial (obviously!) of the miscarrige part of the VF interview. I mean, I keep thinking that she may have a gag order from the clams, or that she may be scared shitless, or that she's thinking of her kids and that may be true, but I also think that she wants attention and will get it.

I don't know what's gotten into her. She wore a completely see-through dress in broad daylight few weeks ago and I thought it was an accident. Now she's clearly isn't thinking straight if she denies smoking and at least hitting the needle. Few more of this behavior and I'll start believing something is wrong with her.
