Kidman, the subject of rumours she's had cosmetic surgery, denies she has gone under the knife. And her porcelain skin has never seen a botox needle.

"To be honest, I am completely natural," Kidman tells Marie Claire magazine. "I have nothing in my face or anything," she says. "I wear sunscreen, and I don't smoke. I take care of myself. And I'm very proud to say that."

This almost makes me feel sorry for her. Seriously, how do these stars get so delusional that they can sit with a straight face and lie so blatantly when everyone and their mother can see the truth? Her comments are almost comical. It's kind of sad.

Yep - it was for Moulin Rouge and Baz Luhrmann scolded her for it and she sat there and puffed away like an insolent teenager.

So yeah - she may not smoke now, but she sure as hell did before. And it is true that she may not have had surgery, but she can't sit there and say that she's had nothing done. At the very least can she explain what happened to her freckles? She didn't have a whole lot of them, but they've been bleached/dermabrasioned away.

This is the biggest bunch of crap since Michael Jackson basically claimed the same thing, save for copping to "one nose job."

I don't think she's had any major plastic surgery, but she's got more toxin in her face than a bulging can of mushrooms.
