Honestly if it’s true then it’s gross that someone would run to a reporter to report on something a child has said. It’s a complete and utter invasion of his privacy. And honestly haven’t we all said dumb things when we are kids? I recall reading this same tidbit about George at least a couple of years ago, so he was maybe 6 or 7. I think it's ridiculous to promote this as an important piece of juicy gossip in a tell-all. (Now, if he were 16 or 17 that might be a warning sign.)

Spreading gossip about what a child may or may not have said is GROSS. Full stop. This item has invited loads of Twitter abuse on a 9-year-old boy. "this child has atrocious vibes" "it shows what he’s being taught at home" "i am telling you today prince george is going to be a problem" "Such a Rude, entitled boy, he is going to be a bully too" That's just a sampling of the ugly comments this "tea" has invited. Katie Nicholl is disgusting for putting this in her book because she knows what it will invite and she won't get a dime of my money, that's for sure.

A girl at school used "my Dad's a policeman!" all the time. Many kids do it to a certain extent. If he's doing it in public as a teenager then might be the time to tell him to seriously knock it off and get a better attitude.
From what we've seen of him in public he doesn't seem particularly cocky or bratty, quite the opposite. Allegedly William and Kate sat him down during the pandemic and told him that he's potentially going to be king one day, around the time he started doing more solo engagements with them.
I think many in the BRF are keenly aware of their rank and some have an entitled attitude, especially in private but I don't think this is an example of it. If it's even true since it's done the rounds before and it's horrible that he theoretically can't even say something on the playground without adults making hay and money of it.

I so agree, Ladybug. Really gross. Disappointed in Katie Nicholls. And I hate what (Twitter) people infer from such things. . When there was a photo of Louis putting his hand over his mom’s mouth, several people claimed this was proof that William is abusive to Kate because this is learned behaviour. Uh huh, okay, I’m sure.

I wonder why he didn’t say “*I* will be king one day, so…” I really do wonder how they tread this topic of conversation? That a helluva lot for a kid to absorb, but I think recent events made it very, very real. Now his grandad is king and George will see how others and his family now react to Charles. Do other members of the royal family have to bow and curtsy to W&K now?

I think it's kind of funny and kind of bratty. Most kids are kind of funny and kind of bratty at times. (Even my own.) And I'm sure if I was going to be Queen, she's promote it a bit!
I don't think it's the be all end all of reporting. It's kind of funny and bratty all rolled in one.
Certainly doesn't mean Kate and William are awful parents, and people who are saying that are ridiculous.

That doesn't seem to suit his personality, he seems like a nice child and page 6 is total garbage.

What about William? I think he looks so dashing in his white tie.
