I have no idea why I felt like searching for this guy's thread, and I know I won't have anything interesting to say, so forgive me...

The only films I've so far seen with VV are The Cell (awful), Return to Paradise (meh), Psycho (please!) and A Cool, Dry place (er, I kind of liked that one, the little boy who played his son was so cute!). Not exactly the funniest movies in the history of cinema. So when did he turn into a comedian? Does he have some sort of contract with that Owen Wilson guy? What is he like in films such as Wedding Crashers, Old School or Dodgeball? Do we know more about him and JA these days?

What is he like in films such as Wedding Crashers

I saw it last weekend, and his manic rants got all the biggest laughs. V V is always good for a laugh. A scary, intense, angry and bitter laugh. He seems to have a knack for playing intense, creepy guys with mother issues. I also loved him in 'Old School', 'Dodgeball', 'Anchorman' and 'Mr & Mrs Smith'.

A friend of mine has been trying to get me to go to the gym with him. Today he pulled out his biggest ploy yet: "Right now, Vince Vaughn wouldn't give you the time of day. But if you go to the gym with me, I'll get you to where he'd ask you to marry him!"

Heh. I loved him in Wedding Crashers. He might be the only person alive who talks faster than I do.

I love him. He was great in Swingers, and hilarious in Wedding Crashers, Old School, Anchorman, et al. But I love him for an even bigger reason. Last summer, my roommates and I got bored, and decided to send fan letters to random celebrities (Conan O'Brien, Christopher Walken, John Stamos, Vince Vaughn, to name a few). VV was the only one we got anything back from - he sent each of us a signed photograph. Now, I know deep down that he probably never even saw our letter, and more than likely his publicist/agent was the one who sent the pictures, but I like to believe that he was personally touched by our letter and decided to send them himself. After that, despite any womanizing/racist/alcoholic rumors, he can do absolutely no wrong in my eyes.

He is an amusing talk show guest. He once told a hilarious story about being at a dinner party at Merv Griffin's house and watching a lady sing horribly in a slightly drunken crazy state and he said they all clapped the same way one claps when you are a kid and you put on a show in the living room and everyone will say in an overly cheerful tone, "oh you are sailors."

He was really good in the Wedding Crashers, and quite the dancer. But oh the bloat, it burns.

There's a scene where he runs out of a house with his shirt unbuttoned and his torso is nothing but bloated pastiness. Thank God his shirt obscured possible man boob action.

Still I'd do him, at least a couple of times, then leave in a huff when he chose whiskey and sidekick roles over me and quality movie parts.

Has anyone ever heard if he's had a nosejob? His nose seems so tiny for the rest of his face.
