YKYA when.... You are excited about your husband flying home for 2 weeks, but feel a little bad that you won't be "seeing" your Greecie friends online for a while. I swear to Xenu that nothing too exciting better happen these next few days, becuase explaining to my husband why I have to get online RIGHT NOW! after seeing the bot at the MI:need to get sucked into a Volcano premiere isn't too plausable.

Sometimes, when people tell me something "up to date" on pop culture, I roll my eyes and let them know I knew it several weeks beforehand. And then they ask where, and I play coy and say something vague like, "Oh, I read it somewhere..." I just don't want people I know in real life coming here. Or knowing I post here. Or dedicate so much of my life to this site. I figure there are worse addictions, right?

If I were in your shoes, I'd go to the opposite extreme and actually flaunt "Crown Princess Marie Chantal." If only for the "Huh?" [blank] expression on people's faces when hearing a royal title associated with snark. Maybe I just have a very naughty, sardonic sense of humour but I'd love the irony between having a Crown Princess name associated with snark about penis lengths and sexual escapades. ;D

I've been trying to study for my exam tomorrow since this afternoon, and as you can see, it's not going very well. I've read almost half the poems, but I keep coming back here every half hour or so! Must. Stay. Away. From computer.
I keep getting distracted -- my hair needs to be put up, I need to write something on my to-do list, I want food, my feet are cold, I have to remember to do something, I need hand lotion -- and then I end up back here. Grrr! (Grr to me, that is.)

I've been without the internet for a while and I was seriously going nuts. I missed everything- the Britney carseat incident, the birth of Suri Cruise- everything! I am so glad to be back, you can't even imagine. I missed you guys!

...you find yourself cursing where you live because you're totally living in the wrong time zone and therefore missing peak posting times. I keep popping up at the deadest times. However, I am secretly thrilled each time I spot someone else from my country!

YKYA when... you ride past Saks Fifth Avenue on your way to work in the morning and they're putting together their window displays featuring giant cupcakes and all you can think of is KatE and her amazing, spectacular, proper love for the hand-held frosted treats.
