The other one, I thought, was called The Doll. It was my mom's and passed down to me when I was about 12. There was a creepy picture of a doll on the cover. I have looked it up everywhere and can't find any book that fits the title and description. It was a horror story about twins who shared a doll who possessed evil powers. One of the twins (I think the "bad" one) ends up in the bottom of a well and is eaten by rats. Gross, I know, but it was a good story. I think I might remember the same book, but have no idea of the title. Was it narrated by someone who was friends with the twins? And were the twins a boy/girl pair?

I'm looking for a YA thriller (written in the 80's, I think, though it could also be from the early 90's). The main character was in a car accident (I think) and has been in a coma ever since. She wakes up at the beginning of the book and finds that she is 17 or 18. She has to adjust to life as an older teenager, but at the same time, she is being stalked by someone who is afraid she might remember something she shouldn't. The author wrote a few "thrillers" if I'm not mistaken, and I feel like this book had the word "dead" somewhere in the title, but I won't swear by it. I know it's a really vague description, but it's been so long that I can't remember all of the plot points. Any help would be appreciated!
ETA: Actually, the more I think about it, the less certain I am that she was in a car accident, but I don't remember what actually happened. Some traumatic event put her in a coma, and someone is afraid she will remember too much.

That sounds like The Other Side of Dark by Joan Lowery Nixon, and the girl was shot by a home intruder.

This is driving me nuts. I read this years ago: a paperback about a guy--possibly a bike messenger--who was gay and convinced that there was a conspiracy out to get him. I don't recall if it was in his head or not, but there was a pink triangle either on the cover or as part of the small press icon. I tried google but it's all books about Nazis or gay bashing, and I don't recall that being the point of the book. Any ideas?

It's seriously on the tip of my tongue: it was called The Set-Up or The Bait, something simple like that. I'll keep researching (and if I actually find it on my bookshelf after all this I will implode).
ETA: Currently imploding. It's called The Lure by Felice Picano and was stuffed in the back of my bookshelf. Thanks for sparking the memory, chonies.

I'm looking for a children/YA book. It's about this boy who is (I think) visiting his family for the holidays (he goes to a boarding school). His sister is with him. Their family is very rich and eccentric. I think they got rich off of creating a board game that has to do with monsters. Anyway, I'm not sure how this comes about, but the family gets hit by a curse or enchantment or SOMETHING and suddenly the boy's relatives all begin turning into monsters (e.g. vampires, zombies, etc.) themselves. The boy and his sister are the only ones I believe who realize that something is wrong and they try to lift the curse/enchantment.
It's been years since I've read this book so I'm sure I have a bunch of details wrong. But the gist is basically: boy's family slowly begins to turn into monsters.
Does anybody know what book I am thinking of?

I don't remember the title, but that sounds an awful lot like one of William Sleator's YA books (especially the board game part). I think the main character's name was Barney and the people playing the game were his new neighbors.
