Heh. What cracked me up was the fact that it was Topher who replied, considering he's a man and ...um... posts a lot in the Finance thread (ETA: this seems unclear. I meant to imply that considering how much he knows about money, he must be stinking rich).

I found FT through a link to one of its galaxies of fame in some other entertainment website (something more official, I believe). It was so long ago that I don't remember when that happened. I lurked on FT for at least 3 years. I read that galaxy of fame, liked it, read the fame audits, liked those too, and then one day clicked on the link to the Janet Jackson thread on the forums. I remember that moment. Till then I didn't know that an intelligent, funny forum could exist. All I've seen before that were the agressive internet morons, and on that thread people were discussing the implications behind Janet's behaviour, her childish tone of voice, and were being funny. It was a good day.

I've got this place bookmarked as CPMCoG but when speaking about the board I just call it, "my message board". If I have to mention any other board I specify a title.

I thought Jill (the diva) Stempel stopped doing The Sleaze because she got sued for saying/implying/hinting that some celebrity or other was gay. (Probably by CTC).

I started many moons ago at an AOL forum that snarked on 90210. It wasn't an official show forum, and some of those people were hilarious. (Someone claiming to be Jason Priestly posted on it a couple of times after Shannen Doherty got fired). They mentioned the recaps on Mediarama, so I went there and lurked and hardly ever posted, then when Hissyfit started I went there and lurked and posted a little more often. Hissyfit died (I was hugely upset about that), and I went to TWoP Off Topic Blather. THAT died (thanks Wing Chun!), so I moved to Fametracker. THAT died, and I came here, where I continue to lurk but don't post very often. Oh, I also lurk but don't post very often on 3Way too.
