I wasn't sure where to stick this, but its on YouTube so I'll stick it here.

I've been pretty impressed so far watching one of the Brothers Green Eats guys do a $21 groceries for a week challenge. He's only posted three days so far, but already he's gotten really creative and innovative in stretching the food he was able to buy and making some seriously tasty looking meals (With the exception of wrecking some chicken stock on Day Two)

I'm interested to see if he makes it all the way to the end of the week before running out of his supplies and also what else he'll come up with.

I also, meanly, came very close to posting this in the Gwyneth thread. A while back, she attempted a similar challenge but it was an epic fail on her part- although she at least was able to admit it. But still, she had her whole GOOP team to help her and still couldn't come up with a workable grocery list or any creative ways of making the items purchased stretch into a week's worth of meals and snacks. It might not be a fair comparison, but sense GOOP's whole purpose was present creative and innovative ideas for living the good life- I can't help but snicker at the epic fail of it all. I'll fully admit that it isn't very nice of me to bring GOOP into this. But hey, the schadenfreude of watching a stoner guy (so far) succeed where her Royal Know-it-all-ness failed is kinda yummy.

Yummy as the chickpea pancakes look from Day 3. (I think right now I might have all the ingredients I'd need in my pantry to try that out!)

A few days ago this lovely video popped up in my YT recommendations. It's a video from actor Matt Dallas (of Kyle XY fame) and his husband Blue introducing their son, the cutest little two-year old ever, who they adopted earlier last year.
If you feel like crying happy tears over something truly beautiful, you should definitely watch this. Apparently this went viral late last year but maybe others on here have missed this too. You won't regret watching this, I promise.

Best 80s cartoon intro ever

Basically, this person mashed together a bunch of intros to 80s cartoons and added his own narration. It starts slow, then starts to get hilarious, then somehow devolves into a Scientology commercial (I remember commercials for Dianetics airing all the time when I watched my afternoon cartoons as a kid, so it kinda-sorta makes sense).
