This is one of the 6-8 magazines I receive each month. I just received the May/June 2006 issue with Emmy Rossum on the cover.
I know that it is an offshoot/replacement for Movieline, but it is so lightweight and so very poorly edited that I have yet to actually read it from cover to cover, simply because most of the writing leaves a lot to be desired.
What say you?

I always read Movieline, gave it up when it became Hollywood life. the fashion spreads didn't interest me.

I adored Movieline, but Hollywood Life lost me. Not well done at all.

They keep sending me free magazines and it's so bad that I can't even read it. And I generally love free stuff! I wish they'd just leave me alone and save me the hassle of tossing their stupid magazine.

Oh my God! Talking about the old Movieline brings tears to my eyes I miss it so! However, Hollywood Life? Not so much!
