"Snow Girl." (I'll admit I had to look it up--it was a tough question).
Here's my question, a two-parter: From where does A.J. Morgan move to Sweet Valley, and what do the A and J stand for?

Sadly, I knew "Snow Girl" without looking it up. I also remember that it was called the "Snow Ball" and Elizabeth wore a silver lame' bubble-skirt dress.
AJ, or Adam Joseph, hailed from Atlanta.
I hate myself.
What was Ms. Nora Dalton's real name, as per the Summer Bike Trip book that revealed her secret story (but that was, naturally, never mentioned again)?

Preeminent SV expert Dwanollah is right! And Nora Dalton's real name is Beth Curtis.
Now for a SVT question... Describe the Unicorns' plot to embarrass Amy Sutton on the final day of Booster Club tryouts in SVT #4, Choosing Sides.

Why do I know this without having to look it up?
They wanted to embarass Amy by having her cheer by herself when she tried out. I think the cheer was something like "Ken, Ken he's our man..." and instead of all the cheerleaders saying it together, the Unicorns stayed quiet and made Amy say it by herself.
If that's right, here's my question, from SVH: What does Jessica want to change her name to when she gives herself her "European makeover" with dyed black hair?

Jessa Fields. I'm pretty sure...
From SVT series, what is the name of Amy's pen pen pal, and what are some of the stories she tells the Unicorns to try to fit in?

Ohhh, I vaaaaguely remember the pen pals one, but there's no way I'm going to get any of these... Unless you start in with SVK trivia! I might have a shot at that. Heh.

Didn't she change it to like Magenta Galaxy or something color/space related? Why would I remember that 15+ years later? Wasn't the Winter one the one where Jessica is killed, and the Wakefields repaint her room? But lo and behold it's all Elizabeth's dream?

IIRC Jessica's Eurotrash name was "Jessa Fields". That was by far my favorite SVH. I loved the descriptions of the clothes in that one (and in all of them...I was so annoyed that no one in my high school dressed up like that on a daily basis. Maybe SVH is to blame for me usually being the overdressed one at casual events.).

Yes, and "Jessa" went on a strict diet so she could be all thin and sophisticated. After a few days, though, she couldn't stand it any more and got a cheeseburger and large fries, like she normally did. And we're supposed to believe that's how she kept her "perfect size six figure"? And it was like that with all of them. We never saw them eat anything nutritious or deny themselves junk food, unless they were a jockess, or trying to lose OMG-twenty-extra-pounds, like Robin Wilson. Everyone else was always at the Dairi Burger, scarfing down those chocolate shakes and chili dogs.
Actually, on further reflection, I think Lila, the rich bitch, did govern her eating habits, but, that was seen as a sign of her being spoiled and neurotic. Because what kind of a freak worries about her cholesterol level? And her not being as naturally beautiful as, say, a Wakefield or Regina Morrow (remember when she applied to the same modeling agency that signed Regina, and was turned down because they said her face would look flat in photos?) was supposed to be the money-can't-buy-everything karmic price she owed.

The Magic Christmas! Because I'm a big dork, that was always my favorite SV book. The twins got harlequin dolls, but they weren't really dolls... they were really princes from the Hidden Kingdom, and the twins got trapped in their world and had to defeat an evil sorcerer guy before they could get home. Man, I loved that book ;D Oh my GOD!! As far as I'm concerned you just won the thread because I had forgotten ALL ABOUT that book. Holy cow.
