Aww. I hope that isn't true - I love Neville! As for Ginny, I really don't have an opinion one way or another.

According to the scanned book, both Neville and Ginny live. Ginny marries Harry and they have three kids, and Neville becomes the Herbology professor at Hogwarts.
YMMV as to whether the scanned book is a prank worthy of the twins, or the real thing.

If the book in the pictures is a fake, then my hat is off to that prankster. I liked it much better than HBP, but Snape deserved a better death. Lupin, too.

So when does the book open - right after Book 6 ends, or is there a timelag? There must be, if Tonks gives birth, because in the epilogue I read there is a Lupin child going to school with Harry's kid. So there's still a school year that starts in September?

The epilogue takes place 19 years later - there's a Lupin son snogging with someone who it is assumed is Bill's and Fleur's daughter. He was born during the main part of the book, so would be 19-20 yrs. old.
The book starts just a couple of days before Harry's 17th birthday.

I meant if she has time to give birth, assuming she's pregnant when the book starts, and if she does indeed die during the book. Does the book stretch from summer to spring the way they normally do? Because it seems like an awful lot of the story takes place during that summer, if the spoilers are to be believed.
I don't want Lupin or Snape to die!

Yes, the book stretches through the entire "school year" even though the trio is not at Hogwarts. I can't remember at exactly which point in time Lupin tells them Tonks had the baby, Teddy. She is supposed to stay behind at the end, but shows up at Hogwarts because she can't stand to not know what's going on. Their deaths are only mentioned when Harry sees the bodies. We don't find out at all how they were killed.

It made me think of Teddy Ruxpin so I was picturing the baby as a little talking werewolf doll.
