Didn't Jonathan Jr. and Whatshername win cars when they completed the fast forward?

...on the TWoP boards I can't even go there anymore. Personally, I don't go to the TWop boards because the moderators think they're god. I wanted Lynn and Alex to stay so badly, in the hope of seeing them screw RomBer over in a crucial moment of the game.

I've stopped going to TWoP because they do seem to hate on some of the teams I like -- and like teams I don't like. Plus, I made a tiny mistake and can't post there anymore.
I thought Lynn and Alex were great because they seemed to enjoy themselves and not get too worked up over things. Sure, they got frustrated at times, but they always seemed to be able to make a joke out of it all pretty quickly.

They seemed so prejuidiced, though. I couldn't get past that, even if they were occasionally amusing.

Bye Bye Boyfriends.
I would have liked them more if they weren't so damn obsessed with Romber. Then they went on the Early Show and effectively killed what little like I had for them.

I shall miss Alex and Lynn they were funny. I bit too obessive with their hate for Romber (wonder if they got invit to the wedding) and a tad prejudice for a gay couple.

YAY! There ARE other people who like Lynn and Alex except me! (I post at TWoP, but never at the TAR boards since "that mod"'s minion have fixated on her love for Rob -- and hatred for Lynn and Alex -- so support for this team is pretty much unwelcome.)
I thought this team acted kindly to one another, had a completely rational hatred for Rob & Amber (I dunno, I'd hate them too just for the simple fact that they both seem to believe competing on reality shows is akin to working for a living) and they made an alliance with Uchenna & Joyce and Meredith & Gretchen, the other two teams I like.
I'm sorry to see them go and wish them both the best.

AhahahahahaHA! Karma's a bitch, ain't it, ROB? I seriously hate him. Since so many people seem to like them, hopefully the 4th place curse will curse them.
Kelly is a effing bitch. Why couldn't last week have been non-elim and this week and elim! Dangit.

Tonight's episode was delicious. I totally love Rob and Amber (partly due to the fact that I still have nightmares about how Rob was treated by the bitter people on the All Star Survivor jury) but watching Rob put his foot right in his mouth tonight was great television.
Underestimating the competition is never a good move in TAR and I think that Rob certainly did and does this. However, I think a lot of his comments to Ron and Kelly about how lazy and stupid (not sure if he used the word stupid - but he implied that they were lacking in intelligence when it came to racing) Uchenna and Joyce and Gretchen and Meredith were was stemming from the fact that he was thinking that U/J, M/G had jumped ahead somehow. His comments were, IMO, more of the "trying to convince myself that I did not totally screw up somewhere along the way and am still in the lead even though I have a sinking feeling that I am in the bottom two" instead of the supremely cocky "I am truly the greatest racer ever and can trash every single racer because I will always come in first!" variety. I am not saying that Rob isn't capable of extreme hubris (and that was what got him in the mess in the first place) I just think that those comments to Ron and Kelly in the airport were not borne of outright cockiness but of worry being masked as cockiness.
I must admit to being fascinated by Ron and Kelly. He should teach a class on being passive agressive. It seems like she wants to provoke him into admitting that he has feelings for her (or wants to marry her or something - not quite sure what because they really don't seem to know or like each other at this point) and says hurtful/ outrageous things to make him notice her and comfort her. Instead he just ignores her. For whatever reason, their relationship fascinates me. Probably because I am waiting for the other shoe to drop and for them to freak out and end their "relationship" and try to finish the race as a "former couple" or something.

Oh Rob, you dumbass. The look on Amber's face when they were told two teams had already been there and at 8:00 AM, hee..PRICE. LESS. Team Shady Pines didn't annoy me this week, in fact I was cheering for Gretchen to get up that ladder.
