Trixie rocks! Remember the first episode, when she shot a John that tried to beat her up? The girl has used that derringer for spontaneous emotional outbursts in the past, so props to the writers for rounding her out ... She really is one of the most interesting and sympathetic characters on this show.

I love this show. Last night's episode was heartbreaking. I wish Trixie's aim had been better, but I guess that is pushing the artistic license a bit far. Damn you, HBO. Carrie Bradshaw could simper for six seasons yet "Deadwood" dies?

Thanks orangeslice! It's definitely a Prison Break tribute.
Trixie is one of my favorites. She's so rough and caustic but completely vulnerable simultaneously. She claims she doesn't need Star but runs to him constantly. She and her Derringer are not to be played with--I also thought, "Dammit, lady, you should've aimed a little to the right!"

I love this show. I just bought Season 3 on dvd, am sending out Mr Y with the boys, and am going to settle in for a night with Seth and Al. I just wish it hadn't been cancelled. Does anyone know if it is true that they are now making two movie length episodes of the show?
