I totally thought that one of the SP14 people planted the bomb! I'm going to put it in my recap, but that's been my thought all along. Who else would know that the event was being moved on such short notice? I assume it was short though I have no idea how much time passed.

Brian and Linds do have far more chemistry, I thought Mel was going to bust a gasket (or Brian's head) if they didn't stop making out in front of everybody.

If you have a Tad situation grab the nearest bottle and go to town on his head. Though Tad's hair may have cushioned the blow a little.

OTP = One True Pairing, you learn something new when you start talking to shippers. I didn't even know I was one till this year!

ps. JPo, I think Sexual Chocolate (he was fine!) was probably BP#6 in the entire show. And they really did save all the color for season 5. Heh, where was Monte!? I would have liked to see him pop up somewhere in this ep.

Black people in Torontosburgh? Surely you jest. Hopefully "Noah's Arc" will fill the void. I thought Tad was semi-ethinic, but couldn't narrow it down between Armenian, Persian and Indian. FWIW, I have a friend with borderline personality disorder and that's not really what it is at all. Did anyone else feel like there should have been a transition ep between last weeks and the finale? Maybe a half-episode or a longer running time would have helped.

I felt like something was missing and certain plots were rushed.

OTP? I don't see how any fandom can rejoice at this ending. Michael is with Ben--as he should be. Justin is in NYC and Brian is alone. I don't see how one fandom is rejoicing at the ending, there is nothing to rejoice about. And I totally agree that B/L have more chemistry than both B/J and way more than B/M--I never got why anyone would want those two to be together.

The ending is very clear that Michael and Brian will NEVER happen. And that Brian and Justin are apart. So what's all the celebrating and gloating about? I just don't get it.

I'm rejoicing. My Ben/Michael staying together, Brian and Michael are best friends again, and Justin is GONE but Brian stays in Pittsburgh. And the Brian/Justin shippers got screwed. I got everything I wanted.

The poor B/J'ers. The unspoiled ones truly had no idea what was coming. They were on cloud nine for finally getting the "I love you" and the marriage proposal after 5 seasons of waiting, then CowLip pulled the rug right out from under them.

The funny thing now is watching how some of the are sayingthe breakup doesn't make sense because Brian has ALWAYS wanted to leave the Pitts and go to New York and now since Justin is there he has a reason to go. Blah, blah, blah.

I know this is mean but I'm happy to see the B/J'ers all upset and angry. They consider themselves the most important part of the fandom and feel that since they attend all the conventions and buy all the merchandise that they should get whatever they want. I've only been apart of this fandom a short time and I can honestly say I've never come across such an obnoxious, mean group of people in my life.

I guess giving everybody except B/J a happy ending was CowLip's way of saying "screw you".

Actually it wasn't. It was CowLips way of sending a political message. I guess I just don't understand all the hatred and craziness of the fandoms. It's a TV show! The people aren't real! As far as I am concerned all of the diehard shipers are batshit crazy.

The B/M'ers are glad that B/J weren't together at the end. The B/J' ers are hollering that despite the distance B/J are together. And I am just happy that it's all over. Just put a fork in it already. BRIAN IS ALONE! Cowlip's gay icon, will not bow down to the gods of monogamy. HE IS ALONE.

Every show that I like is ruined by rabid fandoms, I'm looking at you Buffy.

Fandom is such a funny hilarious thing. Did y'all know there used to be a fandom devoted to the shipping of Ryan and Simon. It was called Rymon Seacowell.

Now I've always loved Brian and Michael as friends, but I never wanted them to be "together" (though a dream sex scene would have been nice... Ha! boysex!). I really didn't realize how much I hated Justin until this year. Like, he does stuff I like sometimes, but overall he just worked my last nerve. So I was mighty happy to see him go, though, because I'm a sap, it broke my heart a little too. The scene where they were in bed and then Justin disappeared? Near waterworks, but you know it could have been Papa and Handy Smurf and I would have been reaching for the tissues.

Did I just write fanfic? Ewww.

Anyhow, there are some people that appreciate fandom and have fun with it, then there are others that take it wayyy tooo far. That's why these boards are superior to every other board that has a million topics starting with, "OMGIKLZITWTF?!?! Cowlip says that Britin are together forever, they're going to make it!" YEah, right, with 21 y/o Justin in NY, he's not going to meet anyone else while he's there? Especially since he and Brian didn't make any committment plans? Whatev.

On the flip side, Brikey? Ain't gonna happen. I LOVE MiBen and I like Brian alone, especially since frickin Ted and Emmett ended up with Anvilliocious and Southern Drawl (respectively). Could you be a little more heavy handed?
