I remember the show creator saying she turned down the audition for DC because she was in a play at her high school and didn't want to let down her friends. She also apparently had her friend from kindergarten on the DC set a lot. Now she is a famewhore who doesn't even speak to her old friends. It really is a shame.

Dawson's Creek reunion EW cover

Don't worry, there isn't a reboot on the horizon, just a sweet reunion with all the main players getting their own EW cover. I wished I could get my hands on one of these, tbh :-)) They all look great, even JVDB ;-)

There's also a one-hour long video with the cast, which I haven't watched yet.

Mary Beth Peil looks *amazing.* They do all look good, but does Meredith Monroe look like she's had a lot of work done?

The video interview was fun, but, geez, Katie, it's 20 years later, you can admit you wanted Joey to wind up with Pacey.

Will refer to them by their character names-
Jack looks great as a silver fox. Emphasis on the word fox.
Pacey will always have my love.
Dawson has aged into a really nice looking man (side note, he has the cutest children).
Joey- looks great. I covet that dress.
Grams- wowza. She looks amazing.

Might have to rewatch the show. Made me so mad at times but I was going through end of middle school and high school when it premiered, so I feel a nostalgic connection to it.

Hulu suggested I watch the show, so I thought “Okay” and I AM OLD. I’m watching the second episode and looking at the teacher who Mary Kay Letourneau‘d Pacey, and I remember watching this when it first aired and thinking, “She’s ancient! Why is Pacey interested?” Now I’m like “Oh, hey, she’s pretty young.”

Michelle Williams is prettier than I remembered in the early seasons. Dawson’s mom still has poodle hair.
