I have managed to avoid this trainwreck (and I even watched an episode or two of Britney's reality show!).
This is just too awful for words. I managed to watch about two minutes of it over the weekend where they went to a spa and smeared mud all over each other and I felt myself go sterile over the horror of that sight.
However, I do chuckle every time they show a promo with one of the hoochies talking about how "his house, his money - it's all gonna be mine!" because I think of something someone posted over at TWoP before the season started. He/she said, "Why do these women think he has money? Everyone knows Flav lives under Chuck D's porch." And I image the "winner" having a hissy fit once she sees Flav's real home.

That's the best part! And why I'm hoping the NY wins—so she, in all her glory, will faint when she walks into Flav's "mansion" in Bed Stuy that consists of three rooms—all of which she has to share with his mother and 10,000 kids. And then told she needs to get a job to pay the rent.

Here is my prediction. New York wins. The producers of the show are the ones that are making the choices. They then begin plans for a New Reality show called "Flavor Flav Does the Big Apple"

Yeah, I watched the trainwreck that was last night. I coudn't help it. Now I'll have to watch the finale next week.

This show is my guilty pleasure. Most of the time I sit there watching this with the slack jaw of disbelief of their antics and the fact that I'm actually watching it.
Last night was hysterical. New York's mom was a real b*tch. Rude and arrogant. And Pumkin spitting on NY was a classic TV moment.
I don't think Pumkin was lying to Flav about her tv moments, I just think she isn't too bright and it did not cross her mind.

Is it wrong that I'm kind of depressed this show is going to end? My friends and I are having so much fun watching this trash it's not even funny. VH1 just needs to follow Flav around all the time. He and the winner could be the Ghetto Newlyweds.

I am ashamed to admit I watch it, but Pumkin spitting on NY was great reality television. I was disappointed that they didn't get to really go at it. The whole show is extremely creepy but for some reason I can not look away.

Pumkin's rationale amused me. "I can't believe they think I'm a famewhore just because I've been on tons of game shows and I was on Blind Date and then I signed up to win the love of Flava Flav on national television." Um...yeah.
New York has some serious issues. I loved her transformation at the end of the episode, from "I'm gonna kill that bitch" to "Oh my God, wheee! I'm going to Mexico!!" in the span of two seconds.
Stupid Vh1 promos, persuading me to tune in to this show yet again. Gah! I feel dirty.

I LOVE THIS SHOW!
When Pumkin spit on New York and then tried to book it, that made my day. lol. That was the funniest thing. Ever.
No kidding. Was she even listening to herself?
That's for damn sure. But she'll probably win...I can't wait to hear about her "I love that man over there" *tear* *sobs* facade come crashing down.

I love that the least offensive mother tried to steal Flav away from her daughter (and Flav seemed interested). Go Hoopz mom! Hilarious.
Pumkin knew exactly what she was doing - she was playing to win by any means necessary. I don't think being on other television programs makes her fake, but I do think Flav had a point - if she had come clean earlier, she might have been alright. However, when Flav found out that she had lied by omission about being on television, he totally dismissed her.
I think that reality television doesn't necessarily reflect reality, but I don't think the reactions of the ladies are staged. I think the closed off situation fosters some strange attachments where women who wouldn't give Flav the time of day start thinking about him constantly and thinking about winning over the other women and that is when you have catfights and spitting and pretty women making out with and sleeping with the dust troll.
