Quite the first two hours. Although now we have an annoying male teenager rather than a female one.

I came to this series late, as I just watched the first season last Spring when a student swore I had to watch it. I became hooked like it was crack. Then I watched the second season and...eh, it was okay. I saw a few of the third season, but then we canceled Netflix and I just never got around to the rest. I wasn't upset about that.

I'd like to get into it again, but I don't really want to invest the time watching the last 2 seasons to catch up. For those of you who've seen tonight's episode, whaddya think? Can I just jump right in or should I rent all the old stuff first?

Jump right in and enjoy the ride! I'm still digesting tonight's episode, can't comment too much yet (other than I heart Chloe!)...but FYI I think they've been rerunning the last 2 seasons on A&E.

Great, great little 2-parter tonight. The only thing that grates is having yet another freaking mole in a government organization.

But other than that, the storyline for this year was set up nicely, and Jack killed someone...ahhh....24 is definitely back.

Can someone help me out? I only got into this show last season—but wasn't the POTUS shot down in Air Force One and this president is really the VP? Is the first president even still alive or did I imagine that?
