^I'm not so sure that Audrey is involved. I thought the sexy spy lady was yanking his chain—and had that explanation planned in case she got caught. However, I'm fully prepared for the egg on my face when it could later be revealed Audrey sold the schematics to her.

I missed the first 5 seconds of the show, but I did notice that Carlos Bernard's name was still in the credits. Did we actually see his dead body in those first 5 seconds, or can I still hold out hope?
If everyone has a price, then maybe Audrey sold those secrets... for love!!

In a TV Guide interview, Carlos Bernard said that Peter Weller is such a fan of the show that he felt uncomfortable being the one to finally kill off Tony. Aww, that is so sweet! For the record, I don't hate Peter Weller at all, I hate Henderson. I still haven't watched this week's show because I'm too upset. What I would like to know is: how come it's OK for Jack to execute Nina in cold blood for killing his stupid little wifey, but it's not OK for Tony to kill Henderson? Oh, right - it's Jack. Whatever. At least Tony died in his arms. Jack and Tony forever!

I've read a lot of people trashing Keifer's distraught face at the end of that episode, but (just like in the season three finale) I think it's really sort of haunting. Very believable and horrified. To me, it perfectly captures the rare moment when Jack Bauer has a brief, awful memory of how much it hurts to actually be a human.

I've read a lot of people trashing Keifer's distraught face at the end of that episode What could they possibly have against it? Would they have prefered a cheesy Darth Vaderesque "Nooooooooo!"? I thought it was perfect; it really showed Jack feeling so helpless, for once. He was probably flashing back to holding Teri the same way, as well - same place, same circumstances. And I'm sure he's blaming himself a lot, too - if he hadn't brought him into this whole mess, Tony would still be alive. Drunk, out of shape and living with a skank, yes - but alive. But then, Tony did willingly agree to return to CTU. And got a second chance with Michelle. So there. Damn, I miss Tony already! Anyway, I agree with you about the Season 3 finale too. Kiefer really nailed it. It was incredibly moving.

Well played, LEB, well played. How can Jack live and the writers not make it this unbelievably cheesy thing? I don't see how. Loving Aaron more and more - he looks like the man who own my local hardware store.

Thanks, JenniPoo. Oh, and I am right with you on loving on Aaron! (Not, however, because he looks like my hardware store guy, but he rocked during the car bombing saving the Jean Smart. But I gotta say, I'm getting a little tired of watching this show when, in the back of my mind, I'm constantly thinking, "Who's going to die tonight?" And last night, I thought for sure it would be Aaron. I only started watching 24 last season, and last night there was a reference made to Nina Meyers. Who is that? Was she the head of CTU whose bi-polar daughter committed suicide in CTU's hospital? I have a hard time keeping up with references to characters from season's past.

I have a hard time keeping up with references to characters from season's past. Nina Myers was a character from the first three seasons who worked at CTU, was Jack's girlfriend before he recconciled with his wife, and then turned out to be a traitor and a terrorist. In the season finale of day one, she killed Jack's wife and ignited a blood feud that ended in season three when Jack shot her pretty much in cold blood. I'll always think the show made a big mistake in not having her play more of a post-betrayal villainous role in the show. Then again, it's sort of for the best since Sarah Clarke (the actress playing Nina) just wasn't very good at being evil. She always seemed awkward and wooden when trying to play cool and sadistic, IMO. The woman who's daughter killed herself was Erin Driscoll, the head agent at CTU who fired Jack over his heroin addiction. I don't know if I'm in the minority but I thought she was one of the better, more complex characters the show had. Next to Michelle, she was probably my favorite non-evil female character they've written.

Thank you so much, Wenton!
I liked Erin, too—and am hoping that one day she'll be back. At the bloodbath rate they're going this season, I have high expectations to see her in the next.
