The Lost Room

Did anyone else watch The Lost Room last night? I thought it was good and like the actors in it. I liked Peter Kreuze in Six Feet Under although I didn't like the character he plays. I think that the guy who's the "collector" is trying to find the right combination of objects to cure his son of autism.

I watched it and I thought it was pretty good. Dakota Fanning's sister is waaay less scary than Dakota.

I watched the first installment last night and thought it was pretty good. I'll likely keep watching since I'm really curious about the room and the objects. And how Joe Miller is going to get out of all the stuff he's accused of now.

Now that he's accused of making his daughter go missing and killing his partner he'll have to join with Julianna Margolis and the Legend. I thought that the whole thing with him using the door in the play castle and then putting a doorknob in the old door was clever. I definitely didn't see the castle thing coming.

Weird. I'm utterly surprised it's (as yet) unavailable on any of the "sampling" websites I frequent. I'd think the netgeek factor for this one would be high, too.

I only caught part of the late-night rerun last night before we turned off the TV because it was getting really late and we were falling asleep. I saw where Elle Fanning disappeared into the room and Peter Krause went after her, but I didn't see when he met Juliana Margulies yet (although it was promo'ed in a "coming up" commercial). Is there a recap somewhere?

There's a SciFi channel site (www.lostroom.com) and there's a recap under Videos (www.scifi.com/lostroom/video/). I haven't watched them yet. I was so sleepy last night that I barely made it through the main show.

ETA: Why don't any of the male leads on TV shows shave anymore? I'm really getting sick of this scruffy, unshaven look. I'll give Det. Joe Miller a pass since he's having kind of a bad week, but come on folks, get a Gillette!

I'm watching the second installment when I should be baking cookies for my husband's office party tomorrow. This is interesting and I hope that it doesn't fall apart on the last episode!

Is Jennifer Bloom good or bad? I'm thinking good and that the Legion is collecting objects for good.

I'm thinking that the Order is bad and that having Martin Ruper join them is bad, bad, bad. They seem fairly crazy in a cult kind of way.
