I can't even express how much I flove Kevin Walker and Matthew Rhys. He totally stole the show in this week's episode. Though I think he constantly does. A great character played by a fantastic actor. The Senator got a bit too close to Derek "McAsshat" Shepard territory for my taste when he said he would just ignore what Kitty said when she (quite rightly IMO) defended Kevin. I really hope the kiss between Joe and Rebecca never happened. But then I would it hate if Rebecca made the whole thing just up cause I want her to stick around for a while. What an un-Amy Abbott thing to do! While watching the episode I first thought that Kitty went a bit too fast from "I don't want to get to know daddy's mistake!" to being actually quite nice to Rebecca after the game. But now I think it makes sense because Kitty is, what, 20 years older than Rebecca and it adds to her character that she's not mad at Rebecca for losing the game. Anyway. Kevin Walker? May be my favourite TV character at the moment. "Die, Kitty, die!"

Huh. Since I'm apparently the only person left watching this show (in a country where it's not even on), it makes sense that I have to double-post (after two weeks!). Anyway, I still like this show a lot but last night's episode felt weird. When the Walkers don't really interact it's like watching a show about a couple of people on their own little shows. Like Kitty and the senator, who had absolutely nothing to do with the whole Rebecca drama. And Nora and slimy professor Coyote. They so need to find a good love interest for that woman (since they seem so determined to have Nora dating). What was wrong with Treat?
I didn't like that we had to spend so much time with these two practically doing the same thing they did in their last episode together (a date, he sucks, she's angry, he charms her, she falls again for him). Where is Tommy Walker? Why do we never get to see him again? Getting his wife pregnant was his only story so far.
I don't know what to think about the whole Rebecca story. Why did they go there? Are we supposed to hate both her and Joe? Just her? And why? How can she be redeemed in the viewers' eyes after that Joe flashback? He isn't much better but clearly it was her who would have done more. But it's interesting to think about her reasons. She seems to be jealous of what her siblings have while she grew up without a father. But it sucks that she has to do such a thing, especially to Sarah who wanted to try and welcomed her into the family.
Oh, and I hate Holly. Telling Sarah about the kiss was so her way of getting back at her for telling Rebecca about her father. This was not about keeping Joe away from Rebecca.

As soon as Kitty told the kid to take the copter and they would drive, I so knew it was going to crash. She and the Senator annoy me but I teared up during his speech. [I'm so pathetic.]
Sally Field is looking GREAT, very radiant. If the rumors are true she should thank Matthew, new relationships do that for us ladies.

Sally's dating Matthew Rhys?!? Go, Sally, even if it is quasi-incestuous.
The Joe-Rebecca thing is just squicky in so many ways. I don't know what to make of Rebecca anymore. It's like she schizo or something.

Whoa. I second the "Go, Sally". I love this show, if only because Dave Annable is the hotness. Dave Annable + Kate Walsh= Hotness like whoa.

Matthew Rhys is, as ever, adorable. "Why do I keep saying these things? It's like I have Tourette's." Hee!
Holly, you cow. And Mark, you douche.

Again, let me jump in here to say how jealous I am of all of you who can actually watch the program. But don't let my feelings get in the way of you posting! Yessirree, I kinda live through you. Not that I'm desperate or anything, you know.
Oh well, maybe we'll get it here next season...

There are few things on TV better than watching the Walker family drink. Heavily. Especially Sarah. As soon as she was downing the wine like there was no tomorrow, I knew we'd get some great scenes.
Joe is such an idiot. Did he really think he'd be welcomed back with open arms by the Walker clan so soon?
And I love Nora. She totally won that food fight. The funniest part was when Holly threw lettuce at her and Nora was like, "is that all you got? Lettuce?"

Dave Annable + Kate Walsh= Hotness like whoa. OT - She said they broke up! In US or something! They showed her with her new boyfriend (so not worthy). Supposedly Dave's now dating Emily (Rebecca)! /OT Normally Kevin kind of irritates me, but I loved him to death last night. Last night was a great ep, except for the OMG, FETUSES!!!!11 Maybe it's just echoes of Grey's Anatomy, but I'm tired of seeing that kind of crap on television period. At this point, it's kind of like adding a precocious little kid to a long in the tooth sitcom to dig you out of a hole. We've seen it too many times. (Not that B&S is in the hole, but... Am I making sense? It's just overplayed. Ok. Shutting up. Apparently I have the wine and fake Tourettes.) kanding, can you watch it on the ABC website?
