Just finished watching this and wow, what a load of crap. Sort of a cross between House and Grey's, but bad, really really bad.
"Jessica says hi"
I turned the t.v. off then and there.

I think I see why this was a mid-season replacement. I hope it didn't replace Kidnapped (and cute Jeremy Sisto), because that would be adding insult to injury.
It was amusing in an overly stylized sort of way, though. Between the dream sequences, surgeon stereotypes, sob stories, and coworkers smarming up against each other, I was a bit befuddled.
Also, it took me an hour to remember where I thought I'd seen the doe-eyed violinist (Madeline Zima) before... I thought she played Geena Davis' daughter in The Long Kiss Goodnight, but it turns out that was one of her younger sisters, Yvonne (according to IMDb). Same eyes.

Madeline Zima also played the youngest daughter on The Nanny.
I'm disappointed that this sucks, only because I love Mark Feuerstein and I want him to have a successful series already.

I missed this but was hoping it was good. Indira Varma should be on my tv as much as possible. She's so dreamy.

No one has yet mentioned Stanley Tucci, the sexiest human being on the planet, appearing in a pair of boxer briefs in the locker room scene. This cannot continue. Sadly, the probability of future scenes of a similar nature is equally doomed. I know: It's just one episode. But still, sometimes you can just tell.
