It was pretty cheesy (with some bad acting), but I enjoyed it anyway.

It was pretty cheesy (with some bad acting), but I enjoyed it anyway. That pretty much sums it up for me, too. Meh. My own fault for expecting too much. The acting really was on par with those "recreation" scenes in shows like American Justice. That first episode was soooo bad. Didn't think the scene with the husband and his friends at the restaurant was ever gonna end. It was like the AARP infomercial from HELL! At least the second one was better. Maybe that's a good sign? On a side note, couldn't help wondering how the hell a "true crime" story looks so much like an episode of Sherlock Holmes Mysteries I saw a few weeks ago. Was the husband a big Jeremy Brett fan? Hmmm. Watching JW shove the woman and steal the bouquet was good for a big giggle, at least.
