I started watching Spooks in January and finished the first 2 episodes of Season 5 yesterday.
It is very rare that the quality of a show is consistently so high. I am glad I can watch all the seasons in one run as the seasons' end cliff hanger episodes would drive me insane, had I to wait months for their conclusion. It's very hard but I'm also trying to stay totally unspoiled, and have to say that probably adds a lot to the effect the personal storylines of the characters have on me.
Even with all the changes in the cast the show keeps its tone (unlike other shows were a new cast sometimes leads to an overhaul of the show as a whole and leaves me often bitter).
Can't wait what will happen next!
