How to Look Good Naked

Another Brit import and its now airing on W Network in Canada.
My new fav show teaches women how to love their own bodies (get your minds out of the gutter please) and look better without the aid of surgery, diet, etc. The most I've seen the host do is suggest better underwear, some makeup and a do. The main thing is boosting self esteem. I've shed some tears each week. Good stuff.

I watched this last night and really actually liked it, despite the fact that it seemed to be more about covering flaws than accepting oneself. However, it did have just about enough self esteem building to make it palatable. And I did like seeing normal naked bodies on television.

They're filming a US version with Carson Kressley right now, airs January on Lifetime.
