His face is very oddly shaped and ginormous. I don't find him drop dead sexy, but he's not unattractive. He's also grown into it a bit more now that he's 30ish.
That said, he's fantastic in The Departed. Oscar worthy.

I don't think he's bad looking now but it's impossible for me to separate him from my memories of him as a little kid on Growing Pains. When I see him now he is a good looking man but I see way too much of the kid in his face to possibly think of him as hot without feeling slightly sick to my stomach.

He was really powerful in The Departed and I would be really shocked if he's not nominated for an Oscar.

I thought Leo was totally hot in Titanic. Maybe it was more to do with the story than the man?
Because, now? Someone here said something about a giant moon face. That's a good description of how I see him too.
Good actor though...

Yeah, seems like an unpopular opinion around here, but I thought he looked the best in Romeo and Juliet, Marvin's Room and Titanic.
I'm not so much into his looks anymore, but in fact I've always liked him in movies and still do.
I spotted him early on in Growing Pains and thought he had a lot of charisma back then as well.

Agreed. I don't think he looked that bad in Catch Me If You Can either.

I've thought he looked good in every movie he's made (except for Gangs of New York with that ridiculous goatee). He was gorgeous in the Marvin's Room/The Beach days though.
On his down time he's a really sloppy dresser but I think he looks great in movies.

But it should be noted that I was about 12 at that time, so I wanted a cute boyish guy. Now? Well he doesn't quite look like a man yet, his attempts at growing facial hair look kind of silly, and his face has gotten so round. I just don't find him attractive anymore. At all. He never grew into a man.

This 100% sums up my feeling about him.

He looked so skeevy in "Gangs of New York." I had to literally shower after watching him I felt so dirty and other times I literally felt ill watching him with his greasy hair and dirty face and sweaty clothes.
