From the Cavemen thread: ETA: Man, Carpoolers is hilarious. But I'm sure it will be dragged down by the suckitude of the show right before it and will be canceled mighty soon. I am starting a thread for a show that will most likely be canceled before anyone posts, but I can't help it. I accidentally started watching when I hit the "previous channel" button on the remote. (I had fled ABC earlier to get away from those cave men.) I didn't realize until I saw the opening credits that this show was blessed with the glorious stink of Kids in the Hall alumni. This show was funny! Jerry O'Connell was...really good. If it survives long enough for more episodes to be aired, I will watch again.

I might have to watch next week.
My husband was saying that Jerry O was on Howard Stern yesterday and he was funny. He wanted to watch the show but for some reason had the title all mixed up. He was wondering when "Daytrippers" was on??!!

I liked it, too, in spite of Jerry O'Connell. His face is offensive.

Yay, a thread!
I laughed several times throughout. And I gots no beef with Jerry O'Connell. He's the boy who could fly! Yeah, that's what I called him when My Secret Identity was on. I actually had no idea he was still alive until the Emmys this year, when he walked the red carpet with Rebecca Romijn, and someone said they were married and Muffinman and I were all "Way to go, Boy Who Could Fly!"
Anyway, I really enjoyed this show. It had Marmaduke hanging up a poster of a bookshelf in his undies and Aubrey running around with his twenty kids, and then Jerry was hanging out in his ab machine at night ".... and eating toast.". Well played, ABC. Except for the part where nobody will watch this show because it's on right after that suckfest Cavemen and will get yanked from the lineup 3 episodes in. Sigh.

Bruce McCulloch is the creator and executive producer. And I am pretty sure I saw/heard Scott Thompson in the sinister black parking lot car that kept running over Dougie.

I had no idea Bruce McCulloch was involved. I will definitely try watching it.
