I actually think--no, really--a huge obstacle to my getting married is music for my wedding reception. Mr. DNT still misses grunge. Plus, I've seen Iron Maiden CDs in his car. I played a couple of songs for him that I thought might be our song. One was "Cherry-Coloured Funk" by the Cocteau Twins and he clearly thought I'd lost my mind, so, whatever, but how could he not think "Got to Be Real" was perfect? He thought both songs were "whiny."

I was starting to think I needed a new groom, so I decided to just table the whole wedding/reception crap.
