I'm not going to google the Croatia president because I want to live with the happy memory of her totally mom-hugging everyone.

Some very tragic news coming out of the English Premiership League.
Leicester City Football Club Owner Helicopter horror crash. Its been confirmed that Owner and his daughter the pilots and an as yet unknown other person were onboard when the Helicopter crashed at the King Power Statuim car park just after take off last night. They had just taken off after an evening premiership match. Footage looks awful.

Leicester City were the team that under Mr Srivaddhanaprabha's ownership, won the Premier League in 2016, having started the season as 5,000/1 outsiders.

Edit...no conformation as yet of those on those on board.

Terrible tragedy. I remember all of the excitement about their winning season, and what it meant for their fans (and all of football) at the time. This is shocking and so sad.

Confirmed all five on board died including Leicester City owner, reports earlier said his daughter was on board this looks now to be incorrect.
Its so very sad.

I caught a tell end of a fan talking to sky news outside the stadium what the club and its owner meant.. he'said he had put a bet on in 2016 at 5000/1 and said those winnings went towards IVF, he had his little boy out with him.
