DANICA WON!!!!!! And I didn't get to see it!  Am I the only one who gets annoyed when someone says (or insinuates) that Indy Car driver Danica Patrick doesn't deserve all the attention she gets? Yes! Holy cow before yesterday, I was saying give the girl a decent car and she could win. Seems like there's always a problem with her car that keeps her from winning. Her peers have never implied they thought she's not as good as they are. Now Mika Duno ... I see Scott Dixon was a sore loser as usual. If anyone knows where the race is posted online, let me know. I don't have digital cable, and was at work so I missed the whole damn thing. After two years of rooting for her, I miss her big win. |

And I didn't get to see it! , you can see the highlights (pre-race interview with Danica, significant points in race, her exciting finish, teary-eyed celebration with her teammates, Danica in the center spot on the winner's podium) here. That page on YouTube has some other highlights from that race. |

DANICA WON!!!!!! And I didn't get to see it! :-/ I recorded the whole race on DVD if you want to see it! We really got into Indycar last year before the first ever race in Iowa (whoo-hoo!), and we've recorded every race since. Just in case there's some awesome crash. :) Let me know and I'll stick it in the mail. |

Double posting to say that Marco Andretti was just on our local sports radio station - in the studio! What he's doing in Iowa right now is a mystery, but who cares? He's only 25 miles away from me! Eeeeee!! What? We're both in our 20s.  Edited for a stupid grammatical error. I should know better! |

Dear Andretti-Green Racing,
Please give Danica a decent car. Didn't she prove herself last week? Must she still get the cars with the mechanical problems that force her to DNR? I know Tony Kanaan (whom I adore ) and the departed Dario Franchitti were your big guns, but give Danica a chance. And give her a damn working race car.

Richmond was a barn burner! I wasn't even watching the race at the end until I heard Starboy screaming. Joon-yer was denied yet again!
