I think its going to be the Indians and the Rockies. Hopefully with the Indians winning it.
I say this as a BoSox fan, I think it's their year.

Indians all the way
... but shouldn't this discussion just be within the MLB thread?

I think its going to be the Indians and the Rockies. And somewhere out there, FOX executives bawl at the thought.

I also have to agree with Rockies/Indians, also as a BoSox fan. I was happy enough that they won their division. I think they finally ran out of steam last night though and I'd be wicked surprised if they made the World Series.
I suppose if it is Rockies/Indians I won't technically have a horse in the race, but I'll be rooting for the Indians. And the fact that the Fox executives will be weeping for all their lost ad revenue will make it all the sweeter.

BTW, how annoying are the Dane Cook ads for this event? I mean--the guy is irritating enough on his own--WTF does he have to do with baseball? Other then people wanting to club him to death with a bat that is...

Other then people wanting to club him to death with a bat that is... SNL spoofed the ads on Saturday and was pretty dead-on with imitating his shouty obnoxious blather.

I'm enjoying the fact that the media attention is still on the Yankees and Red Sox losing, as opposed to Cleveland winning. Thanks for keeping that scrutiny the heck off my Tribe. I was there last night, I'll be back there tonight, and Mr. MWG just got e-mail notification that he got picked in the World Series ticket lottery, so he'll be furiously refreshing to get us tickets tomorrow.

This Just In: The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has alerted all airlines to be on the alert for flying pigs in the airspace over Colorado.
