I'm enjoying the fact that the media attention is still on the Yankees and Red Sox losing, as opposed to Cleveland winning. Thanks for keeping that scrutiny the heck off my Tribe. I was there last night, I'll be back there tonight, and Mr. MWG just got e-mail notification that he got picked in the World Series ticket lottery, so he'll be furiously refreshing to get us tickets tomorrow. Good luck. I really want you guys to win this year. Apparently this may mean that I have to give up my 25 year membership in the Red Sox nation. But damn't, everyone keeps discounting the Indians! I like the underdogs. Even if the underdogs are kicking my team's ass from here to there and back again.

You don't have to give up your membership. I've been a Sox fan my entire life. I have tickets to Game 6 of this series, provided it goes that far. If the Sox lose, I'll be rooting for the Indians. Because I think the Cleveland fan base deserves a champion. I was totally bummed when they lost to the Marlins. And while I truly believe the Rockies are the feel good story this fall (and would not mind seeing the Rockies win), it would be like losing to the Marlins all over again.

Okay sooooo.... not to sound like I'm giving up hope or anything but, it's looking pretty good for an Indians/Rockies series right now. WTF happened to Wakefield man? 7 runs in one inning? It's almost painful.

I think I'll be skipping that too, I like free stuff and all but Taco Bell? If it was Cold Stone I'd be all over it.
And as much as I'm glad that I was wrong, it's going to be a bitch and a half getting home from work on Wednesday and Thursday. Not looking forward to it.
