Part of upcoming Vogue UK interview with Bea and EugeniePretty much confirmed Bea will be maid of honor/chief bridesmaid* I like these girls always have and looking forward to Eugenie's wedding. I always think they really got a bad go in the media just because they were Fergie and Andrews kids. I heard both speak lovelingly and emotionally of their Grandparents as just that Granny and Granddad, They come across to me as sweet girls getting on with life and what it throws at them while being supportive of each other. I can't believe Bea will be 30 on the 8th I always remember her birth date, 08/08/88. *edit I changed link, other article mentioned the bridesmaid bit. So I don't know if right or not I hope and assume she will be chief bridesmaid.

That’s a lovely picture of them both, Eugenie in particular is very striking.
I must admit I was someone who judged them quite harshly but that’s because of the disdain I have for their parents, particularly their father, than anything the two of them have done.

I personally think they are awful but Eug is marginally less useless than Bea. She seems to at least act like a functioning adult. Bea is a younger version of her mother. Her future as a freeloader is ensured.

They're not beautiful, but they're striking. I don't pay a lot of attention to the royal family anymore, but they seem like harmless girls who'll get married, then sort of fade out of the public eye (the first way I phrased this was bitchy, and very sexist--my apologies).
I don't know, I don't feel like the Royals have really advanced a lot. Women are still expected to look pretty, and pop out kids--and that's a shame. If they would speak up about politics, like Diana did with AIDS, they could affect some real change in attitudes. Even Eugenie and Bea.

Hey, dumb aside here: how do you actually pronounce ‘Eugenie’? ‘Yoo-JEN-ee’ or ‘Yoo-JEE-nee’? Also, is it short for something? I always think of eugenics and Jeffrey Eugenides.
