Degree courses are three years in Britain. You generally only study for four years if you're on some special advanced programme (my friend's on a four-year Medicine BSc course), are studying part-time, or have to repeat a year.

I'm interested in that statement attributed to Andrew, stating that since Eugenie and Beatrice are the only two "blood princesses", they should be involved with royal duties and patronages. It's also implied that those responsibilities should come with a Civil List income...

We all approved when Princess Madeleine upped sticks and moved to New York, and she's working for a foundation her mother helped start, so I think we need to applaud Eugenie's decision as well. Is Beatrice already working somewhere? I couldn't remember.
