I just came off Itunes, and they are having a great sale on Literary Classics, only $1.95 for each of 39 classics. I listened to the previews, and the readers are on their game! (So many of these budget books have sucky readers....) Nice, thanks! I'm listening to the Memoirs of Giacomo Casanova read by Benedict Cumberbatch and am loving it. I wish he would do more audiobooks because his voice is brilliant. |

I just listened to "Before I Fall" by Lauren Olivier, read by Sarah Drew. I really enjoyed it and the narrator. She did a good job with YA voices.

Another special offering by iTunes! $5.95! This is an excellent set of audiobooks, including Clan of the Cave Bears, Time Traveler's Wife, Life of Pi, Remains of the Day and Color Purple. I'm getting The Elephant Keeper's Children by Peter HOeg, and the Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon. I'm off to buy an Ipod gift card, then check out what all else I'm going to buy. I'm filling my iPod with enough books for a year! These usually go for $25-$35 each!
And thanks for the note on Memoirs of Giacomo Casanova read by Benedict Cumberbatch, twistedmartini. I wasn't enamored with The Voice until the past few months, I look forward to checking it out.
