For Sinead and Shane from Shane MacGowan all the love and support. That boy was the absolute stamp of her. The poor lad went missing while on suicide watch in hospital, she is with every right raging against the health service that seems to have let them down so tragically. This whole small island is holding her and all of Shane’s family in the whole of our heart. Give them all the love and strength they need going forward. Edit The strength In her tweet... How can a 17 year old kid on suicide watch go missing from a hospital?
I hope there’s an investigation and if there were any negligence that people are held accountable.

This is deeply sad, and I hope she has a strong social support system around her to help her through the grief process.
Also, I really wish she received a big apology after people condemned her tearing up a picture of Pope John Paul II after the Catholic Church is child molestation epidemic came to light.
Any recommendations for other albums to listen to besides her first two?

She was also an outspoken critic at the time of the Magdalene Laundries. Where Ireland sent "fallen women" who dared to have sex outside of marriage.

DailyFail had pics of Sinead at her son’s cremation so her hospital stay was short but I do worry for her own well being.
She posted a lot of worrying tweets that got a lot of love and support for her in the responses
Not sure how things are with her nearest and dearest but I got the feeling she had been alone in the days immediately after Shane’s death and only getting online feedback.
I do hope she has someone physically close by for comfort and support.
