I can't turn my nose up at her for her nude scenes, though. I wish more young actresses would be naked in their proper jobs as actresses. It never fails to astonish me how being coated in Crisco and pouting in a black bikini in a lads mag or icing one's nipples for a GQ cover is considered more "classy".

I like her as an actress, but I agree that she is terrible on True Blood.

How she won any award for her "acting" on TB is a mystery for the ages. She is seriously the weakest link on that show- and I would be a much bigger fan of the show if her character was killed off (one can dream...)

Well, it looks healthier than Malin Ackerman's hair, at least, but I agree that she'd look much better with it darker. I don't see why they can't throw in a few low-lights. They changed Eric's hair after all.

Anna has stated in interviews that ever since she dyed her hair blonde she's been offered roles she wasn't considered for in the past because she was considered the dark gothic girl. Light hair showed she could look the part for roles she had been dismissed for in the past. It sounds nuts but I could see Hollywood being that superficial and stupid.

I don't think it's that superficial. Sometimes it's really hard to imagine something if you can't see it or visualize it. I'm sure it helps to look the part when auditioning.
