Gee, as sad as that is, it is informative. I wished my mother fully understood at the time of her grandson's death, what brain dead actually means.
However, sometimes, it is not always clear, because among doctors they have difficulty determining it from min. brian activity and brain death.

Her sister, Joely, talks about Natasha in an interview. I completely get what she says about your siblings. If you have children you fear losing them. You fear losing your parents. It rarely crosses your mind to fear losing your sibling. You just assume they will always be there. I also think it's sweet she is about to stay in NYC for awhile to be with Natasha's sons.

Bumping up as Liam and their son Micheál ( Mehall) are on the Graham Norton show promoting film Made in Italy father and son story dealing with loss and selling family home.
Micheál is going by Richardson as a nod to his mum.
He looks like both his parents.

I loved Natasha Richardson for Parent Trap. I think that movie is the only movie where I've enjoyed the original and the remake. They both had their own strengths.
Has Liam Neeson dated anyone after Natasha's death? For some reason I thought there was a rumor about him and Madonna?

When I posted I hadn’t seen them yet but what was funny Graham asked Micheál if it was Michael or Mehall he says Mehall and then Liam proceeds to call him Michael thru out! I never heard the Madonna and Liam thing I think he has dated but no one overly well known. Just looking a bit back thru this thread, Natasha’s death was just so desperately tragic. It’s nice to see her son doing well, apparently for this film he had to audition for the part of Liam’s son, Liam wasn’t totally aware of this  Liam talks Star Wars and 2yr old Micheál Michael looks more like Liam here but certainly too like his mom. |

I remembered when this happened, just such an odd accident. It terrified me, and I still think of it whenever I bang my head now and start catastrophising. It was such a tragically random thing. |
